Right now, Tharani & Associates is a
deliberate one-woman practice.
And there is a reason for that.
I believe every legal matter deserves focused attention rather than a long chain of approvals. Keeping things lean allows me to stay personally involved in every assignment while delivering practical, non-litigation legal solutions.
If you're a law student or an early-career legal professional with strong research, drafting, and communication skills, don't worry if you don't know everything yet — you can learn on the job.
Way of Working
But for now, I prefer working with freelancers because flexibility is one of the very reasons this women-led legal firm was created in the first place.
The practice is intentionally lean, allowing collaboration to remain flexible while keeping the quality of research, drafting, communication and legal work at the centre of every assignment.
